Station Breakdown:
1. Forming Station: Upper clamp plate, air distribution, upper air entry, lower ejector, lower vacuum plate, lower water plate, cavity blocks, plug assist (POM), plug base.
2. Cutting Station: Lower fixed plate, lower spacer, K110 striker plate, upper main plate, SS heat plate, upper cut aluminum layers, Boehler steel rule.
3. Stacking Station: Stack main plate, aluminum profile rails, pusher fingers (plastic), upward stacking mechanism.
Quality Assurance: All aluminum components machined to ±0.05mm tolerance. Cavity surfaces anodized for wear resistance. Plug assist polished for smooth product release.
